Custom printed packaging tape – also known as branded packing tape – turns every shipment into an advertisement. We print your logo, slogan or handling warning directly on the tape, so your brand is seen before the customer even opens the box. Every roll is produced in our own plant in Asenovgrad, Bulgaria.
Two printing technologies
1. Surface printing (On-Top) – the print is applied to the top surface of the finished tape. A flexible choice for small and medium runs.
- 1–2 colours: from 72 rolls (2 boxes)
- 3 colours: from 360 rolls
- Lead time: up to 10 working days for repeat orders, 20–25 days for the first order
- Base materials: BOPP, PVC and paper
2. Sandwich printing – the print is sealed under a protective varnish, so it cannot be rubbed off or scratched, and the surface keeps a high gloss. A premium choice for large volumes.
- Up to 3 colours, from 360 rolls (10 boxes)
- Lead time: 10–15 working days for repeat orders, 20–25 days for the first order
- Packaging tape only (BOPP, PVC)
Materials we print on
- BOPP tape with acrylic adhesive (water-based) – an economical choice for standard boxes
- BOPP tape with hotmelt adhesive
- Low-noise BOPP tape – unwinds smoothly without the screeching sound
- Solvent tape (natural rubber) – for demanding industrial use, cold stores and sea freight
- PVC tape – a strong base that tears easily by hand and unwinds quietly
- Paper tape (creped kraft paper) – biodegradable and recyclable
- Reinforced paper tape (filament) – for heavy and valuable shipments
- Blue UV paper tape – resistant to UV light and moisture
- Rice paper (washi) tape, type 252 – thin and flexible
- Fibreglass-reinforced tape, type 290 – very high tensile strength
Base colour: clear, white or brown (havana).
